Bluewater Respite Inc. began in 2016 as a family owned private business. Our mission is to sustain and enrich family quality of life and create positive relationships, connections and community participation. We offer support that provides a meaningful break to families and caregivers. We guarantee our promise to you that no family is turned away. To this day, Bluewater continues to be part family owned and continues to grow in the types of services offered as well as locations served within the West region.
We serve Oxford, Elgin, London and Middlesex, Niagara, Norfolk, Huron, Perth, Sarnia and Lambton and Windsor Essex.

At Bluewater Respite Inc, our mission is to provide compassionate and personalized care to people with diverse and complex needs. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where caregivers receive a meaningful break, and people supported have the support they need.
Ownership
Melanie is a proud mother of two amazing children who share her passion for helping others. She has been in the developmental services field for over 20 years, supporting both children and adults with developmental disabilities, as well as mental health supports.
Melanie’s passion has always lied within respite services. She truly enjoys providing a break for families and helping each person reach their full potential while providing support to them.
Ownership
Manny is the founder of Bluewater Respite. Manny has devoted his life to the wellbeing of children and all those with developmental and mental disabilities.
