Mental Health Services
Bluewater Respite Inc. provides support for children and youth who struggle with mental health illness. Our mental health supports are based around Respite as well as Social Work services.
Community Based Respite
Skilled staff(s) are organized by our coordinators to provide support for children and youth outside of the family home while engaging in community activities. These supports are tailored to the interests, abilities and needs of the child or youth.
In Home Respite
Skilled staff(s) are organized by our coordinators to provide support in the family home to children and youth. These supports are tailored to the needs of the family and can include support around the clock to best meet the needs of the child or youth and their family.
Centre Based Respite
Bluewater Respite Inc. offers out of home respite at our locations across the West Region. These supports offer families to have a true break while the child or youth is supported in a home environment that provides opportunities for skill building and socializing while participating in fun and meaningful activities.
Social Work
Bluewater Respite Inc has a Registered Social Worker on staff to provide parent and child counselling as well as case management. In addition, our Social Worker is actively involved in the Ontario Autism Program Urgent Response Program. Contact us today to learn more.
